That fellow is still as crappy...
When i ask him how is his new job (M1 phone operator) is?

KL : "Good ! athough i get scolding most of the time from annoying customer but hello ! im the one getting paid here !!"

So anyway,
I was hoping to get inside scoop of behind the scene of phone operators.

*i always hate calling this kind of operators becuz i have to wait freaking long for the call to be freaking transfered. U know those kind which after 5 mins of holding, u get "yr call is important to us, please hold and we will get back to u shortly" #$@!%$%^*

Me : So ! Do u all like purposely dun answer the phone so we have to wait like crazy?
KL : *kangaroo kanna spotlight look* NO LAH !! Once we are available, we have to take the next call. Plus, we have to meet a call quota wan hor...
Me : Uh-huh.... Then u all can call yr frenz then talk cock so no need answer CUSTOMER calls lah ! RIGHT???
KL : *gving me a matter of fact look* FYI, ALL calls are recorded.
Me : Dun know real or bluff...........

I STILL REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT !!!


Either they are skiving or there are extremely many complains !!!
