Firstly !! Prepare the following ingredients...
The milk and the potato is a must ok !! But u can replace the Bacon Bits with any other stuff u prefer...
The bacon bits is to flavourize the mash potato, to prevent it from being too plain....
Next.... U boil Mr Potato...
Please make sure u wash it before putting it to boil ok?
No particular reason... Just for hygiene purpose.... =)
In order to know whether it is cooked... Use a fork and poke it... Make sure it is soft inside then remove alright?? If its too hard then u will have a hard time mashing it later.....
Duration for boiling - I have no idea. Just keep poking it until it is soft lah k? Agaration.... =)
After which, peel the skin off and start mashing it....
Next step is to add milk into the potato....
Brand of milk - watever... As long as it is cow milk can le.... No goat milk or "watever" funny milk u can think of hor.....
Amount of milk - erhm.... Not too much and not too little... ( nice chef aint i?) Hahaha.... How to say ar... U ppl eat mash potato before right??? add until the texture like ii suppose to be can le.... Hahaha....

Ok lah... Just make sure its not so soggy k? Sticky will be perfect !!
