Been having high fever since yesterday...

His fever was 38.3 degree when we visited the clinic yesterday....
Went home rest and the fever went down...
During the night... His fever shot up AGAIN !!
This morning i checked his temperature, it was 38.7 !!!
I quickly rush him down to another clinic for a shot since the first clinic's medicine was not effective...

Well... Aloy got a shot on his bumbum....
Many medicines to take and a total of 3 days MC !!
He will only go back camp on Tues night...

Took his medicine and sleeping soundly like a baby....
Those medicine quite powerful leh...

I kept pestering him to go for a ride on the new Monorail from VivoCity to Sentosa...
Hence on fri... We made our way there !!! =)

Abit lame lah... The interesting parts are mostly shown on the previews already so... Shirmaine rating... 3/5 stars... (actually i wanted to give 2.5 but hor... i have to admit that eddie murphy is a darn good actor to play 3 totally different characters in that show, so 0.5 stars goes to him...)
- Went over Aloy's place to Bai Nian on 2nd day... His mum prepare steamboat for me at 9 am orh !!!!! Dun envy me... Bleah.... Actually left overs ones but better then nothing right??? Hahaha...
- Went to catch Ghost Rider on 3rd day of CNY at PS....
Hmmm... Entertainment value was not bad but the story line abit lame though... The villain like all Gu Niang like that.. So easily kanna destroy.... So... Rating - 3.5/5 stars....
- Cindy, Eng Seng, Ash and BH came over later on that day for steamboat... After that we played mahjong till ard 2am.... Beginning i was winning lor... Then after that keep losing... Ash was vice visa... win my money and pai pai backside go off le.... KNS !!!

Thats abt it.... Boring right??? Actually nt that boring lah... Just that i lazy to go on in details lah... Hahaha...

- Do not cut yr hair or nails during within the 15 days of the CNY

- Do not forget to bring home the exchanged oranges (how many u bring out is the amount u have to bring home )

Wat to do on CNY

- Wear new clothes and shoes (including inside wear too... Hehehe)

- Stay up late the night before to obtain longeitvity for yr parents

- Open the main door at midnight to welcome the god of fortune

- Remember to bring 2 Mandarin oranges out for house visiting

SO !! When ppl signal that they wanna change lane not becoz they happy happy wanna change but becoz they to take the filter lane to enter Orchard...
U jolly well be a nice driver and GIVE WAY !!! Why become so Guai Lan....??

Today, Master Chef Seow will teach u all how to prepare a wonderful delicacy call Potato Delight aka Mash potato.... Hahaha...

Firstly !! Prepare the following ingredients...

The milk and the potato is a must ok !! But u can replace the Bacon Bits with any other stuff u prefer...
The bacon bits is to flavourize the mash potato, to prevent it from being too plain....

Next.... U boil Mr Potato...

Please make sure u wash it before putting it to boil ok?

No particular reason... Just for hygiene purpose.... =)

Make sure the potatoes are fully cook before extracting out....

In order to know whether it is cooked... Use a fork and poke it... Make sure it is soft inside then remove alright?? If its too hard then u will have a hard time mashing it later.....

Duration for boiling - I have no idea. Just keep poking it until it is soft lah k? Agaration.... =)

After which, peel the skin off and start mashing it....

There !!! All smashed up !!

Next step is to add milk into the potato....

Brand of milk - watever... As long as it is cow milk can le.... No goat milk or "watever" funny milk u can think of hor.....
Amount of milk - erhm.... Not too much and not too little... ( nice chef aint i?) Hahaha.... How to say ar... U ppl eat mash potato before right??? add until the texture like ii suppose to be can le.... Hahaha....

Ok lah... Just make sure its not so soggy k? Sticky will be perfect !!

Last but not least !!! Add the special ingredient....

Mixed it well and.....

TADAH !!! Done done !!!!
